Disclaimer, I am collector of Japanese denim and textiles and bought these jeans full price. Overall construction feels very sturdy and heavy. I hardly find Selvedge japanese denim in a baggy fit with a nice wash. Saves time and money not having to deal with altering and shrinking. Good pair of jeans with Selvedge denim, great stacks, and just something unique and can wear straight out of the packaging.
However I do have a nitpick. For the price you pay for Japanese denim I was expecting them to be made in Japan or in the description have them mentioning the country of origin of the manufacturer(China)
Overall these jeans are great and unique in the Selvedge denim world. However it is a little pricey($210 with no discounts) I would recommend this product of you don’t like raw Selvedge denim.
