Bottle issues

I love the anti aging balm and have purchased it several times. However it is difficult to get out of the bottle. I often need to take off the pump lid and there is always lotion left in the bottle that I can never get out. Feels like a waste of money and unfortunately I won’t be purchasing again due to these issues.
