Beautiful Design, But Outer Coating Wears Too Quickly

I love the design — it's genuinely pretty and stylish enough to keep out on the counter, unlike most other bulky multi-cookers that you want to hide away in a cabinet. The ceramic-coated inner pot is also a great touch; it helps prevent sticking, which is a big improvement over stainless steel pots I've used in the past. However, I’m disappointed that the color coating on the outside of the inner pot has already started to wear off in several places. For a product at this price point, I expected better durability. My hope is that Our Place will offer inner pot replacements, or at least give customers the option to purchase a new one separately.
