I had my doubts about using the Tumblr because so many times people say how wonderful something like this is. They exaggerate how well it works or it's all a lot of hype. In this case, it actually does work. I was able to take a knife that had a poor edge on it and in a matter of about 2 minutes it was razor sharp. Very well done Tumblr.

Was expecting a better product

This is a very good product. However, the reason I did not give it a full five stars is if you have a pocket knife with a blade height of only less than 3/4 of an inch you cannot hold the blade where it can be sharpened. I don’t think it would be too hard to come up with an adapter or a unit that would allow you to hold the blade up higher so the sharpener can get to it. With the magnets just in the center of the holder the smaller blades you can not sharpen.
