Amazing look and feel, easy to install

I was already happy with the steamdeck, but with the new backplate, it's a whole new level. It was easy to install and minimal technical skill was require. I additionally switch the NVME Drive and added the silicon grips aswell, which was well worth it.

Very good fit but the rubber grips lift up a slight bit near the joysticks and the light doesnt shine throught the grips very well but feels very nice and i like the added lifted back buttens

Easy to install

The backplate is easy to install, with all necessary tools included. The plastic is high quality, similar to the one on the original backplate, and is effective in lowering the temperatures
