Excellent product!

I was skeptical, but the rice is amazing. Easy to prepare and really tastes like rice. I've highly recommended it to others and will order more if/when Netrition has it back in stock.

When I first opened the pack age and saw the dried rice I thought it looked promising. So I tried it. I made a chicken rice soup as I usually do, but I used the Liviva rice packet. I cooked it as I would if I were using “real” rice. It was delicious. Not the bite of real rice, more like a pasta. The second day it was even better. My m-I-l liked it too. I will definitely buy it again. Can’t wait to try the spaghetti.
