Despite the order requesting my height and desired kaftan length, what I received was too long and dragged on the floor. Initially their customer service offered for me to pay to return the item to Sweden and they’d offer discounted shipping on an exchange. I argued that their website stated they would handle return shipping on sizing issues. I then had to send pictures and measurements, and they finally offered to refund 50% or send a replacement. I took the discount and hemmed it myself. But after all that, I wouldn’t say this was worth $230. Or half that with the task of hemming.
