Great pre natal with well thought out added nutrients.

These are pretty much the cleanest and closest to complete prenatals I have found. They now have two new products; one for prenatal and one for breastfeeding, but I haven’t had time to fully look into the ingredients so I can’t really compare them. I do however feel very happy and confident about taking these while trying to conceive, while pregnant, and now while breastfeeding. I do take a few vitamins in addition to this one, just to really make sure I have everything recommended.

I started to take this pill during my period. Quick result I could feel was that it prevented cramps!
