I was very skeptical with this stylus because it was from a brand I never heard of before. I've been looking for replacments for my Shure M-44's and I think I found them with these. These hold the groove REALLY well, where I have less skips unless the record is that bad. I've tested other stylus on a record that has a physical skip on it and those didnt fair too well, sometime it skips further just cause the imbalance of the stylus, but the Nagaoka? It held as long as it could and was more of a blurp than an actual complete jump. Overall I would say these are the best on the market. At least in my opinion.
