Love the liquid vitamin instead of the pill form. All other vitamins have made me sick when taking them. The MaryRuth vitamins goes down easy and doesn’t make me sick.

I have a 14 year old daughter with ASD and due to her picky, umm...limited, diet, she lacks a number of vital nutrients. For some time, I have been in search of a liguid vitamin to supplement her nutrition with what she does not receive in her food intake. I found a minimal number of multivitamin supplements that were made with high quality ingredients, of which Numero s reviews claimed that they had an unfavorable taste, were bitter, etc. So when I found Mary Ruth's, it was like a God-send. The multivitamin contains all the essential nutrients that my daughter needs, it is made with organic ingredients, and the taste couldn't get any better, as far as vitamins are concerned. My daughter grabs up her vitamin as soon as I get it in the cup. I now purchase the nightly mineral as well (along with the liquid probiotic-and hopefully the liquid iron when it becomes available) and I have them delivered to my house every month. When dealing with a kiddo on the spectrum, there are countless challenges and making sure that my daughter receives everything she needs is of the utmost importance-and her nutrition is a critical part of her well-being. Mary Ruth's is a blessing and I am so thankful for it!
