Rope

I purchased the 4 tier mau cat tree than ordered the rope replacement to repair what the cats torn apart. The rope came but the color doesn’t match.

The rope is great and good quality, it's easy to replace and the tree looks brand new! Love it! Also, big shoutout to the customer service team, you guys are amazing!!
