To be honest, the shoes I received were not in the best condition, as one would expect from a product directly from UGG. Additionally, other stores ship items in their original box with everything you’d expect when purchasing something new. In this case, the box arrived dented and dirty, clearly not new. It gives the impression that someone else had already ordered this product, returned it, or perhaps it was used as a sample or for testing before being shipped. I am disappointed because this was meant to be a gift, and it did not arrive in the condition I was expecting or would have liked.”
