Sample Package
I was really excited to be able to order a sample package and have my child try on all of the glasses. He was able to wear them around the house and decide which of his top three felt the best of his face. I also love that they sent a pair of ear hooks as well. My one complaint would be that we were sent 2 right hinges which affects how the glasses went together and sat on his face. We got the idea anyway and made a decision, but it would have been nice to have a complete kit. We have mailed back the kit and are now waiting on the refund when they receive it. Thank you!

Love the concept, options a bit limited
Our young daughter likes (and fits) one of the frames that arrived in the tester box, but unfortunately the colour she likes is only available in the other styles. Would be great if each colour were made available to truly allow for full customization!

Best idea ever for buying glasses online
So buying glasses based on virtual try on just doesn't cut it. What about comfort? How glasses feel is so important - they're on your face all day long. This sample box is awesome. It totally fills the gap in the online glasses world. We got the box, tried on the frames and realized the ones we were going to order looked a bit small. Happily and confidently ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my daughter a couple days later. Can't wait to get them! Thank you to the customer service chat person who suggested the sample box - great idea.
