Not oversized as I thought and there is a hole in the back where the tag is. Not a hole for style either. Trying to see if they can provide me with a new pack. They take about 4 days to respond to every email. So the stars are more about customer service and size. I can take responsibility for the size part. Will change rating if they ever get back to me and allow an exchange
