Outstanding service! When there was an issue with my purchase, they made it right and went above all expectations by hand picking my replacement hat, even though the fault was in the hat's production, not their own. Absolutely wonderful to do business with. This is my second Stetson Boss because I love how rugged it is. This hat looks good enough to wear out but works hard and can take a beating. Stetson Always Classic

This hat is exactly as seen on the website. My second Stetson definitely not my last. Pastel was a little misleading in the color description. It is definitely tan crème and I get compliments on it all the time. It is distressed so it looks like an old classic I’ve had for years I wear 7 1/4 in most hats and I’d say it’s true to size.
