Love the necklace, but hate the ball lock. And the tiny o ring that the lock hooks to

I bought two of these necklaces, one for a friend and one for me, one of the necklace ball lock doesn't work so it makes it hard to layer the necklace, that was one of the reasons for getting these. Plus the o ring on the necklace is so small and doesn't have more loops to hook the necklace to. Pretty disappointed with these.
