Bullet Gray

This is truly a beautiful cat tree, easy to assemble with one exception. The stud screw for connecting the two main parts of the branches was defective. I had my husband, who happens to be a mechanic, fix it as best as it can be. The threads were bent and it wouldn’t screw in. If it hadn’t been for him I would have contacted customer service for a replacement or returned it. So far my cat isn’t showing any interest it, so hopefully she will soon. Fast shipping and overall good quality, but I was disappointed to see all the pressed sawdust used in the construction.

So far, so good! This just arrived today and was super easy to put together (took me like 5 mins) and looks great in my space. One of my cats isn’t interested (yet) and the other is obsessed so we’ll see where we end up. Delivery was quick as it arrived 3 days earlier than they originally said (5 days total). It’s super sturdy with the base being very heavy and overall, seems like a quality product.
