The pack of fluid at the bottom versus the top of the packet makes way more sense. The sliding antiseptic guard is flimsy and needs to be longer but at the cost versus all the others I’ve tried cannot be beat. I also like the flatter packaging for storing. The person who helped me, Renee, was extremely helpful and professional!

My insurance situation has been a little dicey as of late, so I am very happy to have found these as a great alternative the hydrophilic intermittent catheters that I was previously using. Will be placing another order very soon.
