Wow! First impression

I haven't cooked eggs yet; but, I have no doubt that there will be No problem. Otherwise, I have experienced only excellent results. I expect the same outstanding service henceforth.

Perfect Pan!!

This pan is lightweight, easy to clean and most importantly, it cooks evenly. I recommend the pan to anyone looking for something looks great, and can be used to cook nearly everything you may have in mind. Go get one!!!!

A Very Fine Pan -

This pan is fantastic. It passed all my tests. I am an owner of some very fine cookware (Ex. Staub, Demeyere,LeCreuset) and have over 60 years of experience in the kitchen. The Always Pan Pro met all my expectations, braising, frying eggs, sauteing sea scallops. with ease and excellence.
