Decent Condition Overall, Setup Took Some Extra Help!

I bought this in ecofriendly condition for my nephew after an earlier purchase of the same model, a green one in an eco-friendly condition as well. The green one came in perfect condition — no scratches, smooth setup, and was ready to go. However, the white one had some visible wear on the sides (a bit beat up), but the screen and back were surprisingly in good shape! The network setup was a bit tricky at first since it started with a Verizon logo on the screen and said it was locked to the carrier, but after some help from the plug tech team, I got it all sorted. Now, my nephew loves the phone and everything’s working great. And I have learnt to maybe not settle for the eco-friendly condition and to always choose excellent lol

Phone works very well, connecting and activating it was no problem. Condition is decent for eco-friendly choices.

Way better than I expected

I am very happy to have tried Plug. I will definitely use them in the future.
