I have mixed feelings about this backpack. The materials and sturdy structure are impressive, and I can carry two water bottles with ease. However, there are several drawbacks. I was disappointed that a hip strap wasn’t included, especially for a $250 bag. The video mentioned it, but in fine print stated it wasn’t included, which felt misleading. Paying extra for it later seems unreasonable. The key clip is poorly placed and difficult to use, and the side straps often slip out, making adjustments frustrating. The large front pocket is awkward for small items, requiring me to unclip the bag each time I need something. Additionally, the small hook doesn’t fit many hanging bars. After extended use, the bag hurts my back, and I hope the hip strap will eventually help. Overall, it’s a quality bag, but the design flaws and missing components are disappointing at this price point.
