The hoodie, once received, was great quality. Loved it! The order process, shipping, receiving was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Order placed 1/6/24, and I didn’t receive it for over a MONTH!!! The worst service ever! I was never told of any delay, inventory or whatever the excuse was. This should have been something I was informed of upon receipt of my order confirmation, or better yet, during the order process. I had to email for an update in order to find out of the delay, and follow up two other times for status. Then, I didn’t even receive any shipping credit. I won’t be ordering from this site again. EVER.
