The pre workout work really well and so does the recovery. Love the super greens too. Honest 10/10 brand. Only small downside for me personally was I expected the great ape flavor instead of blue raz since the cover showcases the recovery being green. I prefer that one because of its taste and natural flavoring. Blue raz is good too. Tastes like cotton candy. Life's all about balance though so no sweat overall. Definitely recommend. Bought the full thing after getting some free samples.

If you need great taste and true quality products, this is the route to go. Primal makes fine quality supplements with simple ingredients. I'm very satisfied with these results, I recommend trying the greens powder mix or the Extreme pre workout mix to get through those hard gym session that require mental focus.
