As reviewers recommended I did size up and shoes fit perfectly. I did have to put the softer insole I had previously from Kizik. You definitely will need the softer cushiony one. I ordered another Milan today. Great looking shoe for warmer weather.

The shoes are more pointed than I thought, but glad I ordered half a size up so they don’t hurt my feet. I like they are easy to get on and off being temporarily disabled. I noticed the inside hard part under the top of laces that some reviews mentioned at first, but not anymore. Possibly because they are 1/2 asize bigger and I don’t need to tie them tight. They will go well with a lot of outfits and good for walking and travel with my inserts.

My 3rd pair and everyday shoe. Always fits well. The “runs small” warning must apply to length as the width is ample. I usually size up half a size to give me more room in the toe box when I buy shoes and am usually left with a tad extra length. This fits me like a glove.
