The cup is cute.. large size. Great for gym. After im done my pre workout drink i refill the cup at the gym and the size of the cup with water lasts the whole workout. Ive gotten compliments on the cup. I think its a great advertising tool as i get asked about 2-3 xs a week at the gym about the cup. The pre workout works well for me with energy as energy drinks /caffiene doesnt always work for me. This got me going… i didnt feel jittery. I was focused. I take this stuff to work to get through the 2nd half of my 12 hr night shift. I only got tbe samples with the cup to try.. as again stuff like this usually doesnt work well for me. And i waist so much money on products like tbis but I will definitely be buying full sizes of this product. Thanks for offering the samples to try and the cup is a great selling point with the samples as its great for protein drinks as well.. just add a shaker ball to it and boom. Plus i think the cup is cute.

Suppliment were pretty good, the recovery powder really did help. Shaker cup did leak after a week of use, the rubber seal began to slip so i had super glued it into place. Works perfectly, overall a good deal
