I absolutely LOVE the "regular" large stretchy blanket and somehow I thought the Weighted one would be very similar fabrication, but just a bit heavier. I'm really kind of disappointed in the Weighted blanket. It's not as "cuddly" as the regular Lola ... I've given 4 of the regular ones as gifts and am obsessed with my original one, but just not loving the weighted version. The weight itself is fine - I almost wish it were heavier. It's the "stiffness" - non stretching - part that I miss. I re-read all of the ads and you don't really give any info that separates the two - other than weight - so I did think they'd be more alike. Live and learn. But your original blanket is over the top perfect!

This is my favorite Lola blanket. The weighted blanket is fabulous and not too heavy. Love, love, love this blanket!

As someone who doesn’t like weighted blankets, this is a game changer!!! It’s soft and heavy without being suffocating! Definitely a favorite!
