Nifty accessory

Fits perfectly in my Always Pot. It will come in handy when it’s cool enough to slow roast meats again.

Great!

I’ve actually been using it to steam vegetables by raising them up a little. The roasting concept makes complete sense as well just haven’t done it. But I’ve been adding water and vegetable broth to steam boil large amounts of veggies like broccoli and cauliflower while avoiding them getting too soggy. I considered the steam attachment but wanted larger quantities in the pot. Great so far, I love it but the Fearless fry attachment still makes me more excited haha!
