Sourdough

I got this because my sourdough always burns on the bottom in my Dutch oven. So I put this in the bottom of the Dutch oven and voila, the bottom of my loaves don’t burn anymore!

Roasting Rack is Great!

I love the roasting rack because I can cook tamales and have them elevated on top of the water. I haven't used it to roast but I plan to do that!
