I got an energy one before that I didn't like, but this flavor is awesome. Between the hydration and glucose boost, plus the caffeine, this has become my morning drink of choice on those tired mornings.

I don't know if it got frozen in the weather but it just clumps in the water won't desolve,won't be buying it again.

This is so refreshing and tastes like Blackberry Peach - not fake tasting. I love the electrolytes in it. This for me is a part of my weight loss journey!!
