Unhappy repeat customer
I have ordered quite a few roller rabbit pajamas. Always ordered a size M. They have always fit perfect. For Christmas I ordered two pajama for my daughter. Both size M. Received the order and everything was great. Because I have ordered quite a few pajamas from roller rabbit, my daughter did not try on the clothes. Washed both sets. When she went in to try it on, one fit perfect, the other one was obviously too small. Checked the tag, thinking I ordered the wrong size. Both are a size M. I’ve e mailed roller rabbit and have yet to hear back from them. That has been a few weeks ago. I’m very disappointed. Until now, I’ve had had no problems with Roller Rabbit but this has left a bad taste in my mouth.
