Poor Quality

After only a couple uses the Owala logo has completely rubbed off from my daughter’s plastic tumbler. Photo I’m attaching has most of the logo but now it’s practically gone (only a week later). We only hand wash her items, so we were totally surprised to see the poor quality. Customer service denied my warranty claim. Definitely would not recommend!

Terrible

The caps broke within a week of use. One of them the button broke off and the other the cap popped off. We will be returning them if we can. I will never buy another Owala.
