I tried cycle soothe for the first time, wanting to decrease monthly cramps and balance hormones. this past month my cramps have been less intense and i overall feel balanced. definitely will continue to take this!

Helps balance hormones through all different phases of my cycle. I forgot to renew a while back (just life) and after about 4 weeks it hit my why I was feeling so "off"... I was out of Cycle Soothe! That's a mistake I'll only make once.
