Pan is great, we use it all the time.

I like how light it is and also the quality of the finish is super. We bought this out of concern about nonstick finishes on more common pans, and this one seems like it fits the bill. Highly recommended.

Great For Deepfry

This is the best pan I have ever used. I love e everything about it. The true non-stick coating. Handles double as great utensil holders, two opposing poor spouts, great built in vent system. Dome lid allows for cooking large dishes like pot roast, whole chicken, etc. . . Well engineered and fun to use. . .

My husband only cooks with heavy iron skillets, pots. Yes, they cook wonderfully, but are a pain to handle and clean up. I treated myself to the Always. 2 just hoping it was half as great as the reviews. . . . . it is wonderful!! It cooks like an iron skillet, but everything slides right out. It is light, a dream to clean. I oil the wooden spatula and it looks like new. If you are on the fence, treat yourself to this pan! Makes cooking much easier and enjoyable!! As in the photos, is a pretty pan you can leave out of tight on room.
