Over $100 and Not What I Expected

I’m pretty positive I selected the “ultimate no-pull bundle” when I placed my order, but either I accidentally didn’t or my order was changed to the regular “dog lovers” bundle (I was looking at both). When our package arrived, I was expecting the additional front D-ring on the harness, but it wasn’t included. Unfortunately, because I personalized the harness, I’m unable to return or exchange it for the correct version, which is really disappointing. The leash seems well made, but it’s a bit shorter than I expected. The collar is also much thicker than I anticipated, and the Velcro can catch on my dog’s fur if it isn’t perfectly aligned. Overall, for a purchase totaling over $100, I expected better quality and a smoother experience. The biggest disappointment is being stuck with a personalized harness that doesn’t have the front D-ring I wanted and can’t be exchanged.
