Cast Iron Perfect Pot

Used it for the first time for Christmas dinner. It was wonderful. Never had a Dutch Oven before. Followed all the instructions on the little pamphlet that came with it. Suggestion: please darken the print; the light pink on a whitish background is very hard to read. Pot is definitely heavy. Husband is 81 and I'm 79; it took both of us to get it into the oven after loading it up with 3lb sirloin tip roast, carrots, potatoes. Really appreciate the handle grips. Overall, very happy with the Pot.

This cast iron set is great! I have used them every day the last few weeks, and they are great pieces. I plan to take good care of them and keep them around forever. They are very heavy, I have to use both hands to pick up any of the pieces, which makes it hard to pour and scrape sauces out of the pan. I can deal with that for how fun it is to use, though.
