A perfect mix of love, danger, and seeds of newfound faith finding fertile soil for growth

The Coastal Hope series is a wonderful read from page one of Pages of Promise to the last page of Perilous Healing. In Perilous Healing we find something unusual for books in the Christian Fiction realm: two main characters who are not Christians. Veteran, surgeon, and now veterinarian Bianca has had seeds of faith planted in her wounded heart and sees her trust in God begin to grow. As she faces various forms of danger, she finds herself leaning on the promises the Bible gives her. Through all of this, she is helping Silas see that God is real. I love the missionary turn that the story takes and would love to have more stories like this written.

Excellent

This story catches you at the very beginning. Many twist and turns through out the book. The story line is excellent. I have read the other books in this series, and was looking forward to Silas's story. I love how the author includes scripture though out the story. How much the characters, especially Bianca, is reliable on her faith, and the confidence, that God would pull them out of the situation. One of the best books I have read in a long time. And I'm looking forward to the next series!!
