No go

Well I really wanted these to work for me. I thought I saw improvements in my energy levels well if I did they were short lived.

Helps keep me regular

Though I haven't taken this on it's own to see results, I do take it with my prescribed Metformin and I've noticed that my periods are less painful and more regular.

Saved the Day!

Within a week I felt less bloated and after taking for 3 months I had regular (30 day) cycles and ovulated the last two cycles of my cycles, which hasn't happened in a LONG time! My sleep is better, my mood is way better, cravings are down. I have PCOS but have never had an issue with weight so it's been hard to find a doctor to prescribe anything. After some research and reading of reviews I came across this supplement and I truly can't say enough wonderful things!
