Love it!

I have really enjoyed these vitamins through my pregnancy so far! Some people think it being 3 pills is too much but I haven’t found that and got used to it being 3 very quickly. I did find that if I took them on an empty stomach/laid down to go to bed right after that I would be sick. So I just make sure I eat something before and they’ve been great!

Solution for Supplement Creep

My fertility clinic recommended that I take some additional supplements in addition to the basic prenatal I was already taking, and it felt like I was managing too many bottles and repurchases. I finally found bird & be, which not only included everything I needed in one convenient packet, but turned out to be less expensive than buying everything separately.

So far so good. Less than half the price of my old prenatals with the same benefits. No nausea, came quickly, packaging is convenient if travelling or on the go, nice to have subscription option. No complaints!
