My boyfriend and I have only been taking them for a month but so far I like them. The only thing I would say is DEFINITELY take them with food. We both made that mistake the first time and both of us ended up very nauseous. The pills are a little big but after the first couple of times you get used it. I like how convenient it is to have everything all in one little pack. But honestly the best part is the customer service! By far the best customer service team I’ve seen in a long time!

Well rounded prenatal that doesn’t make me sick!

I love the bird & be prenatal packs. They are easy for traveling and they don’t make me feel sick which prenatals often do! I love that the company focuses on what women who are going through fertility treatment need and cater to that!
