Quality seems okay, sizing is way off

I will say first I usually have trouble with sizing due to muscle mass on a 32 waist. Even with the product disclaimer of them running small I bought a size up and they are incredibly tight all around, especially in the thighs. Quality seems okay but they are just too tight to be comfortable.
