Product shipped quickly. One of the slippers is a fit deformed - it has an indention perhaps from the way it was packed. I wore them about 10 steps outside to my car and noticed the dent since I put them on in a dim room. Immediately took a photo and emailed them and I they told me I have worn them outside and are not returnable. I would be very careful ordering from a company who obviously doesn’t do quality control very well. Will choose another company moving forward.
