Absolutely the best pan I’ve ever had.
I’ve been debating getting a griddle for a long time, but never could quite take the leap. This one caught my eye, though, when I was shopping for the nonstick Forever pan, and I decided to give it a try. I used it the first night I had it, and I haven’t even tried the Forever pan yet. I got them about a month ago now. The nonstick ceramic coating is absolutely incredible, and I love the way I can cook a whole meal on this one pan. It heats surprisingly evenly, but it does stay cooler between the eyes/in the middle, and I use that to my advantage to keep things warm as other things finish cooking. My husband and I choose to live in our Airstream, so every single item has to earn its keep or it gets tossed quickly. This is a definite keeper. One of these days I’ll get around to trying that other pan…

Griddle pan
Love this. Works great for making grilled sandwiches for the family. Bacon pancakes hash browns large batches of just about anything.

LOVE IT!
We've used this 4x since we got it and it's been amazing on our stove top. We have an electric stove top and it works great! Great when making big meals or breakfasts.
