This nozzle was a simple swap and took under a minute to get back up and running. If you swap the nozzle while the machine is on, it may throw an error that a quick reboot fixes. The print quality is just as you’d expect with CF material and I’ve left it installed for regular PLA and PETG prints as well. The printer has an option to let it know it’s using a hardened nozzle and it seems to compensate for the small thermal difference very well. It’s now my daily nozzle, I don’t see a reason to use the stainless steel nozzle anymore unless I need to print over a magnet as the hardened nozzle could interfere with magnets.
