Despite getting the item within your delivery window. The courier had said item for over a week after driver said he tried to deliver item but needed more information regarding the address (THIS WAS TOTAL RUBBISH) after both myself and my wife tried to deal with the Yodel robots everyday for days on end it was finally delivered. I understand this is out of your hands to do something about but as I said in my emails to you if it was my business I’d find another courier service because Yodel were an utter disgrace. Thanks

The boots are quite nice. However they are unsuitable for a Shitzu as their legs are short with their elbows close to the paws. It is therefore difficult to get the top of the boot all the way up. Consequently I am constantly putting them back on when going for a walk with my dog.

These are well made boots but would not stay on my German Shepherds back feet,he has a problem walking with Arthritis and DM but had to try for outside walking,shame but we gave it a go.
