Waterproof and includes a soft lining on the inner side . Excellent sole .good grip even on frozen ice . Highly recommended for extreme weather days , rain , snow and ice Worked really well on days with cold temperatures of 8 degrees F.

We bought 2 pair one for each for each of our dogs. They fit great and I love the double Velcro straps. We go snow shoeing and like to take the dogs.
