The first set of boots i order was too big, but SparkPaws customer service team was amazing and immediately sent me a new one free of charge without even requesting the first set back! And the new set is perfect on my dog! BTW - quality is great and despite the huge paddles she's getting into, my dog's paws are perfectly dry when I remove her booties

I searched for dog booties because I live in a very cold climate in Montana. The booties work well, could probably gone with a smaller size but these do the job! Their paws are dry and clean from snow and dirt! Thank you Spark Paws
