We weren't able to keep dog's new boots on her paws, despite the velcro straps. I feel like the boots were generally well constructed, but the lower velcro strap would've been more effective further up the leg. There wasn't much roominess for her toes, despite choosing a size based on the measuring guidelines on the website. When I ordered these boots, it was comforting to know that I could exchange these for a different size with what appeared to be a no-hassle policy, but for a straight return, it's very different. The post office wanted to charge me about $47 to mail the return with a tracking number. Combined with the restocking fee the seller will charge, I'll spend as much to return the product as I paid for it.

I live in New Hampshire and in the winter communities use salt on roads and side walk to clear ice and snow. I purchased the booties to protect my dogs feet from the rock salt. Very happy with the purchase.

I really like these for my dog! She adapted to them pretty quickly & they mostly stay on pretty well. Running through the snow might cause one or two to slip down but they usually won't fall off completely, so I can adjust them before they totally fall off.
