I really enjoyed the patch. I used for the first time. I have a question whether you can do that every day or should you do it once a week??

I just started using face patches

Just started using these patches I don't do very well with pills so I thought sticking something to my skin would help I've just recently started I do feel something but not exactly sure if that's the vitamins or my switch up on coffee to mushroom coffee but I will let you know more about these patches as I use them but so far I love the fact that I can stick them anywhere on my body and not have to worry about popping pills

Great product. Great hard to get ingredient. Would buy again and decent pricing. Wish patch was a little bigger and more potent!
