These are now a staple in our house

These bagels and especially the bread are now staples in our diet. I strength train 5x week and go for protein, but sometimes you want some bread. These are so good! And my husband has to watch his diet for his heart, and this fits per his nutritionist. We cannot say enough good about these products.

I put off ordering because of the cost. Now I'm glad I finally did! Most breads bother my stomach and make me bloat. These do NOT! I've been able to enjoy one or two bagels every day. I feel full and content for hours. I absolutely love bread, especially bagels, so this has been such a treat!

Love this stuff ! I had missed bread and toast so much when i changed my lifestyle to low carb . Was so excited to find Royo . So delicious! Love the Everything Bagels , Artisan Bread and Cinnamon Raisin Bagels . And just tried the Challah Rolls for the first time and they might be my favorite. 100% recomment Royo!!
