Terrible Customer Service
I bought this camisole set in late November for my wife as a gift for Christmas. Even though I used the size chart and bought my wife’s normal size, it didn’t fit. We tried to return/exchange it and they wouldn’t let us because it had been 35 days and the return policy is apparently 30 days — apparently we had to return it by the day after Christmas, which obviously is impossible for a Christmas gift. What kind of company doesn’t have an extended holiday return policy?? Customer service didn’t care and wasn’t helpful. I wouldn’t buy from SilkSilky again.
